- Meet new people and make new friends.
- Stay active and healthy
- Be creative
- Advocacy and support with our 'URconnectABLE' service.
Access for All - Help us meet our goal
CPM are raising money for our 'Access for All' campaign, enabling adults with disability and complex needs to get out and access the facilities and resources in their local community. Within our service, we provide the necessary accessible transport, care, planning and support for our citizens to access leisure activities, shopping trips, bowling, cinema visits, events, medical and GP appointments, Council consultation groups, day trips, short breaks and more.
This part of our service enables others to get out and about, to see and do. And to be an integral part of the community, knowing what services they can access. It benefits the health and well-being of our citizens getting people involved in sporting events and activities. The project also promotes positive social interaction and combats social isolation.
To continue ‘Access for All’ this year, Cerebral Palsy Midlands have set up this campaign with a goal of £5,000. With your help, Cerebral Palsy Midlands can reach this goal and continue the work we've set out to do helping our citizens access the community. Please help if you can. Every donation makes a difference.
